My activation code is not working
If you've not received your Activation Code, please wait and it should appear in your inbox. If you've waited 5-10 minutes and it has still not arrived in your inbox check your junk or spam folder.
Once you receive your Activation Code, enter it on the screen or click the link in the email.
Please note, you cannot copy and paste your activation code into the boxes - each letter or number has to be entered individually - you do not need to enter the dash / hyphen.
Why do we use Activation Codes?
We send an Activation Code to verify the email address associated with the account to help secure the service and prevent automated signups. This is just one step that we use to help secure the service from spammers and other bad actors.
